French Laundry Intimates offers made to order undergarments to eliminate over production and overstock. Please allow up to 10-12 business days of production time as each piece is handmade to order with extra love and care.

Once your order has dispatched, an email will be sent to notify you when your items are on their way. If you do not receive a tracking number within the production time frame, please email info@frenchlaundryinitimates.com.

Standard Shipping in Canada: 3-5 business days

Standard Shipping in USA: 4-8 business days

Standard International Shipping: 6-10 business days

Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our undergarments and production model, we only offer store credit/exchange for the brassieres/corsets within 10 days of receiving the order. All panties are final sale. We are not responsible for any duties or return shipping costs. 

French Laundry Intimates cannot guarantee delivery within a given timeframe, and is not responsible for delays in customs or other factors that can contribute to your package being delayed. 

French Laundry Intimates is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Customers must contact the courier with a tracking number. We also do not offer refunds towards items that are declared as delivered by the courier according to the tracking number and a customer states to have not received.
